Badger Creek Outfitter offers first class guided Mule Deer and Elk hunts on Wilson Creek Ranch in Northwest Colorado. This corner of the state provides some of the best Big Game hunting available. Hunts are offered for Archery, Muzzleloading, and Rifle seasons.

A great deal of our hunting is done on private land, Wilson Creek Ranch which we own. However, part of this operation is conducted on public lands under special permit from the U.S. Bureau of Land Management. We also have an additional 450 acres of lease private land that we hunt on.

The elevation ranges from 7000 ft. to 8000 ft. It goes from flat to mountainous type terrain. The vegetation varies with altitude, from fairly thick cover in places to semi-open areas. We truly have a lot of good habitat on our ranch. We have worked on improving this each year, which has helped our client success rate improve as well. Most of the areas we hunt are accessible by 4-wheel drive vehicles. We have blinds strategically placed, these blinds have proven to generate a high rate of success each year.
